We want you to love planning with ShinDig. If you're not happy with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
- Contact us directly via the support address in the app and we'll help arrange it with Paddle.
What's covered
The refund covers event unlocks (Main Pack, Premium Add-on, Bundle). Once refunded, the unlock is revoked for that event.
Processing time
Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
