Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 16 June 2026

1. Who you're contracting with

ShinDig is operated by Kylie Ann Moore ("ShinDig", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use ShinDig you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

3. The service

ShinDig helps you plan events: invites, RSVPs, itineraries, templates, and discovery of venues, suppliers and local activities. Features may evolve over time.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse ShinDig. In particular, you must not:

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of ShinDig, including software, templates, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own events within the plan you've paid for.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload (guest lists, event details, photos). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely so we can provide the service.

8. Payments

ShinDig is sold on a pay-per-event basis — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. You pay a one-off fee to unlock an event and an optional one-off fee to add premium templates to that event. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service for billing inquiries and handles refunds. For payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

9. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

10. Service availability

We work hard to keep ShinDig running smoothly but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. When access ends you may export your event data for a reasonable period before deletion.

12. Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for purpose). Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where law prohibits.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Australia, unless otherwise required by local law.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
